I'm trying to develop a curriculum for a classically educated Western Man (for myself and for others, possibly my children), but my own education was kiked and commied so I'm having trouble putting it all together. So far I've got The Classics (including ancient Greek and Latin) Western Art History (including music) Western European literature (English, French, Spanish, German, maybe others) European history up to colonization, then world history Mathematics, focused more on the development of theories, theorems and proofs throughout history than on rote computation, eventually culminating in the fundamentals of Computer science Science with a focus on experiments and historical development Physical education with a focus on weightlifting and hand to hand combat Marksmanship with a variety of weapons Money and investing The development of law and current law (focused on USA and our state and local laws but also the skills to look up laws in other western countries)
What am I missing? I'm sure I'm missing a few things a properly educated Western man should know or be familiar with. Also this can be a general Yas Forums book thread as well.
Both are great books on personal finance and investing. If you're having trouble with money, those books will greatly help you. The Intelligent Investor is constantly in print and should be easy to find, it's well worth the sticker price to own it.

I'm trying to put together a curriculum for my own personal education and also I'm going to put it together (readings and general assignments) so that other autodidacts can follow along and educate themselves as well.

A big part of the problem is government schools wasting children's time, same with universities these days. My goal for adults is to put together a reading list and basic assignments for people to complete on their own just to check to make sure they can articulate an argument or summary of what they studied. Learning the foreign languages is obviously probably impossible for all but the type of person who can learn languages all their life. But at least reading the great works of literature in English is better than nothing and can be done during spare time.
For children it should be much easier. Start them learning foreign languages at a young age and have them read the great works of literature in the original. And they can spend their childhood actually acquiring an education rather than learning to be a good goy consooomer. Or worse, interacting with niggers under the supervision of a government employee.
I think it's a worthwhile endeavor. If I can get enough material for a small website I'll also make a few bitchute videos, I think, as I work through the material myself.

What's your problem with the book? It's old but the principles of personal money management are unchanged for most of history. It teaches you how to get out of debt, accumulate savings, and avoid investments where you don't know what you're doing. It's like zyklon b for usurious kikes trying to take advantage of dumb goyim.

I agree, but I'm considered one of the people who has an easy time learning languages. I picked up Japanese pretty easily in university in about two years, to the point where I could translate works if I had a dictionary available. Some people either can't or won't put in the effort to learn once they hit a certain age, so I think there's nothing to terribly wrong with considering them properly educated if they're at least familiar with the english translations of great works of literature. I don't expect some 35 year old boomer to learn ancient greek to read the Iliad just to impress me, for instance, if he's willing to at least set aside the time to read a good english translation.

The propaganda stuff is indeed important but I'll save that for when they are teens and I start teaching critical thinking and analysis. I don't want to expose them to propaganda too early or it might become impossible to get out of their heads. That's one reason I don't plan to take them to Mass in the vernacular, either. Only Latin Mass (plus it will be good for them to hear spoken latin for their classics studies).

Like swedebro said, hand to hand combat doesn't need kike shit, just boxing and some basic stuff to deal with someone using a knife, anything else should be firearms training, which I'm explicitly including in the curriculum.
Martial arts become more and more ineffective the larger the strength and weight difference is between two combatants. I want all my sons weighing at least 225 lbs of solid muscle, and the best way to get there is lifting heavy weights and eating lots of healthy food. Once they know how to throw a punch and grapple properly, fancy techniques just won't be that useful.

Wrestling, boxing, and muay thai are really ideal. I recommend checking out an MMA place. I did that a year ago and it was one of the best choices of my life.

There are different kinds of fights. Fights for your life, yeah most efficient take down possible. And that becomes easier the bigger and stronger you are, regardless of technique. The only problem is people who use knives, chains, pipes, that kind of thing which you have to train to be able to handle hand to hand. Of course if you're armed just shoot them.
But fights for pride or to assert dominance, like school yard fights, you should know how to box or grapple so that you can defend yourself without getting shit from observers for "taking it too far". Snapping someone's neck because he's peacocking is inappropriate and not civilized. Giving him a shiner or pinning him is civilized.
Yep, great book. Do you think I should add rhetoric to the curriculum? I might also add singing just so I and my children get comfortable using our full range of voice and to work out the vocal cords.
