A 2017 study on Transracial adoption studies found that allowing for attrition, the racial IQ gap comes down to environment:

Racial realism is an actuality, but the evolutionary process is so slow (unless traits are amplified by in-breeding for healthy offspring) that the effects don't interest people. For the average person, race is nothing more than surface level differences.

The brain literally evolved to distinguish the differences between individual faces so social cohesion can be maintained. Race mixing until we are all one blob would make it easier for a master race to subjugate the rest.

Race is real. We are all different and unique with our own advantages and disadvantages.

But only one race is superior, and I don't need to tell you which one. You know.

Speaking as a layman, I take issue with the fact that this 'paper' was written by not only a physicist, but one who has barely put out any publications. The standard of writing in it is also unprofessional and I imagine they don't know nearly enough about this field to have the depth of knowledge available to make a claim that race has no effect.
This claim is contradicted by the majority of people who actually study this area.
