One thing many people don’t understand about white flight is that vibrant and diverse people need lots of services just to live. Buses, section 8 housing, social workers, all these must be in place before any vibrant diversity can find its way into a community. Only then can a community receive enrichment. White people know this, which is why in most areas, high density housing is banned and buses are only for seniors.
The threats made here in particular that “they will just follow you hahahaha” fall flat when you realize an incredible, expensive infrastructure is needed to maintain a diverse community, or to enrich a non-diverse one. Anybody who is dumb enough to post “deyz jus gwon foller yew” is just worried about more white flight.
White flight is based, redpilled, and works amazingly well. There is nothing honorable about staying in a diverse area with all the risks to your and your family’s safety, the higher taxes, and the feeling of oppression one must endure. Yes and no. There is no point fighting when you do not have to. War has been glamourised to many of us but everyone who has lived through it speaks of its horror; even in victory it changes people and saps so much of the joy and happiness out of life.
With that said, sometimes you must stand and fight. The history of our people is this. white flight is questionable, but ultimately it probably is the most based option people have.
A city receives the most money from the property taxes on single family dwellings. You can almost always trust them to raise in value and there aren't that many people living in them so they usually are cash positive for the city.
Apartments are not, as they are taxed at completely different rates and usually require a lot of public infrastructure and contain lots and lots of children to educate. So as higher quality people leave the city, the parasite is forced to feed on itself.
The biggest immediate problem is selling your home. You're not actually accomplishing white flight if you sell your home at top value to another person of your same demographic. You'd be better off renting your home or lending it out to an AirBnB company to manage. Which both contribute to the problems of the parasite, rather than the cure.
The most unknown and somewhat mysterious effect of white flight is the brain drain that occurs. A city needs smart people in it to keep the engines of industry well oiled. Even the service industry needs some intelligent people to go behind the low cogs and clean up after them. You can clearly tell when you've entered a region where the IQ is lower than average, and it speeds the rate of decline to that neighborhood exponentially.
With luck, your children and grandchildren can return to your ancestral home and gentrify a better future for themselves there than you ever had.
