I fully agree about Poland. I've been there twice and it's a clean and civilized place. They've come a long way since the early 1990's and I'm happy for them. Many Italians hate Germany and France because they have a disproportionate influence inside the EU.

Most of frenchs cant speak english and dont want it, thats not against italians.
Also most italians understand basic french and language are close so its not such an issue.

The Germans Engineers came to Italy to visit that factory and they blamed the Italians because according to them they operated with wrong measures and standards. When the Italian chief engineer suggested that maybe the German equipment wasn’t calibrated they laughed because Bosch means German precision and in no way an Italian lazy nigger would create a better precision equipment right?

That’s what turned out to be happened...the Bosch measurement tool wasn’t Calibrated while the Italian tool was perfect with near zero tolerance so Bmw had to pay for 8 prototypes + other 4 with the right dimensions and the Germans went back angry as usual without even being sorry for what happened.

The problem is that German alternatives are not better, they’re inferior both on reliability and quality.

Take the Golf for example, the most selling car here in its segment, you need to understand that the most selling version isn’t the one you see in the ADs (this is even worse with Audi and premium German cars) full optional and with high level engines, nope, it’s a fucking 1.6 TDI with manual gearbox (5 fucking gears lmao), with a torsion bean suspension and in mid trim without optionals such as climate control that even econoboxes now offer standard.

Take a Giulietta for example, you have rear multilink as standard (the Golf only offers it from 2.0 TDI on), 6 gears gearbox which is not torque limited like on the Golf (320 nm on 1.6 diesel vs 250 nm of the Golf 5 speed) and the dual clutch gearbox actually works and it’s made in house! The DSG7 gearbox was a catastrophic failure, there were huge scandals but people forgot of course...

You get all of this and pay more for what? A nicer interior with some nice plastic here and there?
