The largest town-charter status here is 16,900 and smallest is 200. It is the medium sized towns(6,999 - 2,000) with Agencies that are misbehaving. Only CDPs have no Agency of their own. They contract through us and/or their Sheriff. We(State) are upholding all laws and most importantly the State Constitution.
