explain this part. he uploaded a picture of himself on google maps the day before? i'm not familiar with how it works when you upload a photo does it get published immediately on the same day? why would he do that? and then how long has it been on? when did he remove it? the following day? years later? the cap doesn't seem the same. the guy is wearing aregular baseball cap with the word google embossed on it in white, the suspected murderer is wear a flatcap with no writing on it

He took a shit ton of photos of the trail of young girls and children. He photographed himself from a drone at the murder site the day before the murders. He photographed the police investigating, then deleted it all to cover his tracks.
He's a fucking creepy weirdo, who was stalking young girls, in the exact location, whose online behaviour makes him a person of interest. At the very least, he's a fresh lead.

Those photos seem to have both boys and girls and no closeups, so basically yeah, you have lead there, however if the person would commit such crimes I can't think any reasons to post photos of any kind from the area. "Hiding in the plain sight" theory doesn't work if one posts photos which incriminate him. It is difficult to say who deleted the photos. Google keeps losing my photos, they just disappear without a reason. Most likely some AI watching them and deciding "There is a person on this photo, I must delete it!". Did you know that it is the guideline? No persons wanted in the photos you publish in Google Maps/Earth.

Artist's sketches are usually not that accurate. But that nose aside, notice the basic bone structure and jawline.
