Are the Jews still God’s chosen people?

Ok so it’s pretty clear in the Bible that God named the Jews as his chosen people. This chosen purpose was obviously to have the Messiah appear from the Jewish bloodline. But why did God choose the Jews? Also, are the Jews still God’s chosen people, or is it only followers of Christ? Basically, I need to convince my parents that all of the horrible things that Jews do simply can’t be excused just by saying they’re God’s chosen people.

The jewish bible is basically jewish supremacy fan fiction.

God broke the original agreement with the Jews.

Jesus made a new covenant with mankind, and today we call those people who abide by the covenant, Christians.

So when Christ says that he came to fulfill the law, not to destroy it, does that mean the Jews are no longer God’s favored?

>God
You're actually making a mistake here. You are misappropriating the name of God and giving it to the Jew-god Yahweh. Godan ( God ) is one god among many others in the polytheistic Germanic pantheon. God is not a title, it is the Lombardic name of Godan, or more commonly, Wodan. God is named after the Germanic god Wodan and the Norse allfather of the gods, Odin.
When the early Jewish missionaries were teaching Christianity, they originated a name-changing strategy to eradicate the native Germanic religion by tricking the white natives into signing over their souls to the Jew's god. Today's obedient Christians continue to follow the Jew's tactic and persist in using Godan's name instead of Yahweh.
It would seem that Christians would use the name that Jesus would have used. Isn't the point of being a Christian is to be as much like Jesus as possible? Jesus would have said; 'If you don't remember my father's true name, why should He remember yours'? Jesus would have said; "Didn't my Father issue the very First Commandment that no other gods shall be named before Him"? If you were with Jesus, He would say; "Please don't call my Father by the name of any other god!"

Jews just penciled themselves in probably.

The Jews are no longer God's favored people. Christ formed a new covenant in which the individual opts in. Bloodline no longer buys favor and all other contracts made with God are void.

>But why did God choose the Jews?
Because of a promise God made to Abraham. This promise has long since been fulfilled by the middle-end of the book of Joshua (which is the book right after the first five of the bible known as the "Law"). They squandered their inheritance and forsook the covenant so therefore God made a new one that both jews and non-jews must comply, which is belief on the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God.
>Also, are the Jews still God’s chosen people, or is it only followers of Christ?
Jews are no longer under a levitical covenant and that's great news because the Jews (and all the tribes of Israel for that matter) have never nor ever were able to keep the terms of their covenant. That was the point of the prophets to document this and also why the Jews killed their own prophets. This is why most orthodox jews think that the talmud (which says Jesus is boiling in excrement) is more important than the prophets that they killed culminating into the weaponization of the Romans against Jesus Christ which was also prophesied. Think about the parable of the vineyard husbandmen.
>Basically, I need to convince my parents that all of the horrible things that Jews do simply can’t be excused just by saying they’re God’s chosen people.
The synoptic gospels, the gospel of John, and the book of Acts are great places for them to read. However their indignation is intended to provoke them to repentance from unbelief to belief.
>The jewish bible is basically jewish supremacy fan fiction.
This is stupid. The bible predicts that they will rebel as early as Deuteronomy (the last book in the "torah"). God literally tells Moses toward the end of his life that the tribes of Israel will rebel against Him and that He will subsequently curse them.
I can surmise potentially that you're just trying to covertly deceive with this comment, rabbi / shabbos goy.

>God
That's Yahweh, not God.

Thanks bro
