Well no because you can't implant functional muscles, synthol or the like is worse than nothing. It doesn't operate remotely like what is purports to. Whereas fat tissue in the breasts and ass, lips etc is more or less inert and can be put in. Sometimes even using real fat.
More appropriate a comparison would be be steroids, they give functional tissue in a 'fake' way but i have nothing against them.

No, Britbro, it's gaining something (in this case beauty) without actually earning it. Whether it's through hard-earned exercise or just genetics, there's a reason people find other people attractive. Plastic surgery puts a damper on what is otherwise natural selection. I don't think it needs to be outlawed, but it sure as fuck shouldn't be promoted.
