Is being a YouTuber degenerate? A few years ago I started uploading Roblox videos and gradually gained enough viewership to pay for all of my living expenses. Most of the money comes from companies paying me to show their ads to my audience, which is mostly children.

Any tips, user? I know people shit on zoomer-pandering YouTubers but my fucking dream is to make the most money possible for the most low-effort videos. Think PewDiePie getting paid millions to react to memes, CaptainSparkles getting paid millions to play Minecraft, or those people that somehow make hundreds of thousands of dollars just putting Reddit threads through a text-to-speech with royalty-free music. It would obviously be a second hustle and I wouldn't quit my dayjob because who knows how long that would last, but it would give me a shitton to invest when the markets get back up and going.

There are tons of copypcats out there, user. I'm asking how to figure out what the good trends I can take advantage of at the moment are, and how to basically abuse the YouTube algorithm. I don't care if it seems shitty; as long as YouTube deems me valuable to the advertisers, I'd get paid, and maybe even sell some merch if I've got a loyal audience. People have done much worth for money, and it seems like easy big bucks if you're lucky and have planned enough to be able to get tons of views and subscribers.
