Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

What do you think about the crimes of Marxist-Leninist communism in Romania, Russia, Eastern Germany - where there's evidence, archives of the secret police, countless anecdotes of repression and mysterious deaths? In these parts, there was nothing but a Constitutionally guaranteed one party state, just like In Soviet Union – made in the image of Lenin and Stalin. In ’89 people would demand, dissolution of communism, not a change in regime with keeping the same superstructure. They wanted freedom, an end to repression – an end to this retarded experiment.

That someone can own land itself and whatever is built on top of it, and that it is the greatest sin to disrespect this ownership, is unnatural.
