In the west we put up huge barriers for our own white girls to train as nurses. We would rather import ready made ones with nursing degrees from universities in the Philippines, Nigeria, Mexico or India. The courses there are substandard and open to nepotism and corruption.
The same happens with doctors, we make it too expensive for our own to train and import third world quacks.

My aunt actually works as a medical administrator. Shes one of the people who is having the "healthy" patients moved to her facility. She thinks its absolutely bullshit that they all bailed. The building is going to be fucked from now on, even after this pandemic. Shes worried these people they are bringing in have it, but it makes a fuck ton of money and makes them look good in the medical field. I hope she stays safe.

Back in the 50’s my country had the best educated population in the world as far as testing scores went. We also were able to casually walk into businesses and ask for jobs without having our entire record scrutinized in the process. We could also afford to raise a family with just one person in the household working full-time. Maybe that sounds like a fantasy for you but it was a reality for us. Now my only goal in life is to get a good job in my field after I graduate, hopefully have enough to afford a decent apartment for myself and take my parents to Maine to escape the third world hellhole I live in down here in the south. Even in my dad’s gated Jewish community there are these scum that my parents generation let out of the zoo.

My dad is a boomer, he did everything he could to be there and take care of them but we lived in NY they lived in FL he was making trips every other week to help care for them but he's not like most boomers and even he once it was accepted they couldn't care for themselves succumbed to the nursing home meme, my mom's mother died in a nursing home after living in her own house for more than 50 years alone (her husband died young) I don't particularly blame boomers for nursing homes because both my parent's despised the idea but jews who created the society where you don't even have the free time to take care of the ones you love when they need you most.

You know who the staff is in these places? Packs of third world niggers and spics and asians. There's no sense of community and care. My wife's town funds a home for elderly people who can't afford to stay on their own and the Lutheran and Catholic churches basically run it volunteer style.

CNAs don’t give a fuck, they’re in such high demand even outside of a pandemic that they can just bail, ride out the storm, and pick up at a new job the day they want to go back to work. It’s seriously a fucking joke how easy it is to get hired anywhere as a CNA. Only acute care hospitals are hard to get on as because they only have 1-3 on per floor per shift, versus anywhere else where you’ll have 6 aides on per shift.
