The stations are legally limited in their output power. Even if your skin absorbs most of the energy at one specific frequency, you're still talking about a few watts being emitted by an antenna. Of that amount of power, only a small fraction will be directed at any given person nearby, and only a small fraction of that will make it before being dissipated into the atmosphere. Your skin will absorb more heat from the sun (visible light is far higher energy than any of the frequencies that will be used for 5G).

A. the density of the oxygen in the air has decreased due to the increased temperature (there is less oxygen)
