It's just a potential page to catch people not introduced through members. They wouldn't have accounts, but yes, it could very well be real. One of the recurring things they do is put their symbology and shit everywhere, they often do it very openly. It's like pedos (not a mutually exclusive group) that just can't resist putting their symbols all over social media pages, companies, even company logos. It's like high-society hobo code. Another part, supposedly (this is all "supposedly"-territory), they believe that showing it openly gives the rest of us a choice. If they say "I'm a cannibal, I eat children", and then we laugh at it because what a preposterous thought, then they've got our OK to keep doing it (in their eyes).
