they had a dry run on the shut off of our local power/internet/cell phone (communications) grid. power AND cell signal went down for a minute. obviously no internet if there is no power.
never seen cell signal and power go off at the same time. I am sure it had something to do with the fake tornado that touched down an hour away. LOL
