A lot of people still do, including me. 2015-2016 was pretty crazy, and we really felt on the cusp of something great, and MDE being on Adult Swim made it seem like anything was possible. I was really bummed when it got pulled. I still watch Charls' content, and he seems to be doing well but I feel it's a shame he's not doing more creative stuff.

Charls's last video was a fucking masterpiece. You can tell that he was all of the creative energy behind Sam, and Sam was just the crazy guy who knew how and when to push the boundary. I prefer Charls's work to Sam's but it lacks that distinct edge that MDE had.

Pretty much started because sam inadvertently got the show cancelled by being such a sperg on lefty twitter which brought the attention and cancel outrage mob to heidecker, the press and the network they just got a deal with.
Show got cancelled just as they released their dreams, Sam brought too much attention too quickly.
Charles ended up living out of his car for awhile working construction.
That was a couple of years ago. Now he’s a twitch streamer but seems to be a shadow of his former self.
