Good luck with all of that industrial capacity once the oil barges stop coming. Russia can only provide a small fraction of Chinese oil needs, so the entire economy will shrivel.
If anything, China wants to avoid nationalization threats to keep the US from reaching autarchy. This is a real threat, since the US is one of very few countries that can reach autarchy, China not being one of them on account of their lack of oil reserves.
