An amendment to the constitution will be created in order to Censure the state of California; the USA will not officially recognize their "independence" but only officially strip them of Congressional reps and Electoral votes. In practice, Trump's Wall will literally take a northwest detour as an American Juche state emerges in the People's Republic of California. Texas most likely will also get the unofficial independence treatment via Censure as US officials look to the 18th century practice of "Balance" to extrajudicially produce conservative extreme propaganda to counteract the CCP's new West Coast machine. Californian border will be heavily fortified first; long after Trump is gone his Wall will also eventually include the self-declared Republic of Texas. Both of these states will get Non-member Observer Status at the UN thanks to curious US reasons.
