I've noticed every millennial and zoomer says "Ronald Reagan is the devil."

I've noticed every millennial and zoomer says "Ronald Reagan is the devil."

I grew up around boomers who worshiped him like he was the savior of Conservatism. What is the truth about Ronald Reagan?

He was ultimately an ineffectual good goy who did nothing to arrest the long-term trends (demographic decline, etc.) which we are struggling with today.

king boomer

>assault weapons ban in California
>amnesty
>Iran Contra
>poster boy of the neoconservative takeover of the republic party
I don't know if he was the devil, but he kinda sucked.

>What is the truth about Ronald Reagan?
In 1978, Deng brought China out of communism and was willing to the be the West's bitch in return for food and other supplies. The Deep State needed a malleable actor to be President - one who would bring the people out of their Carter stupor and make them consume like hamsters with no end in sight. So they chose an actor - Reagan, who was known to be malleable and easy to control. Their deal? Bush Sr. will be the VP and run the show, while Reagan acts as the cheerleader. Worked like a charm.

He followed the orders of his jewish masters. The boomer king was nothing special.

He was an actor used as a ploy by the Neoconservatives, lead by Irving Kristol. He appointed Alan Greenspan to the head of the fed and subsequently gave the country to the elites, causing a financial collapse that would not be seen until 2008.

He was ok. Not a god man but better than most other recent presidents. Most of his policies were made for a specific time end circumstance. Thats why most reagan worshiping boomers that push the just do what reagan did argument sound more out of touch with each passing year.

Cocaine drug lord and arms dealer

The truth is most younger people only know who he is from an old deadkenndys record or some other 80s hardcore band

Connoisseur of fine hot dogs.

He was Trump 1.0. Actor who got elected and everybody lost their minds, thought it was the end of days, somebody tried to assassinate him, media lied and lied about him.
Served a couple terms and life went on and now he's remembered as just another President, though people have their lingering opinions.

he is the god of neoconservatism. that's why is so highly worshipped by fox news and kikes like shapiro and charlie kirk.

The one pretty bad thing he did was Reaganomics where he was convinced giving money to the wealthiest business owners would result in the wealth trickling down to everyone else so the whole system would get more profit out of it than if you tried funneling money to the less wealthy directly.
It turned out wealthy people are perfectly capable of simply taking the money they receive and keeping it, hence why CEO pay has gone up astronomically over the years while normal wages have stagnated.
Otherwise he was a pretty good President though.

I hear people rag on him all the time, which is fine, but what positives did he do that left him so revered by some people to this day?

>The one pretty bad thing he did was Reaganomics
>Ignoring the 1986 amnesty of illegals

A lot of people had prosperous lives, economically, during the 1980's in the US. Reagan is often retrospectively credited with those good times.

He tried to shut down the federal reserve and he got a bullet in his chest for it, backed off after that.

Said all the right things that the boomers wanted to hear while simultaneously utterly destroying the nation

He was a populist and controlled by the kikes, just like Trump

Not that different than when maggie took over your own country around the same time. The prior administration completely ruined the nation so that any reform seemed like magic.

youtu.be/6lIqNjC1RKU

that niggerkike is why all the automatic firearms cost as much as a car

Kinda like how you ignore that was supposed to come with serious border control yet never happened.

user? Really? He was into young boys? Fuck off.

Reagan was a globalist shill, but he was a good man at heart.
Fun fact: He frequently sent money to random people who wrote him about their financial problems and were hoping he'd help fix the economy some how.

>He beat george hw bush in an election and he got a bullet in his chest for it
there, fixed that for you

Agree.
I think he is revered at a higher tier is because he brought pride and direction back after LBJ, Nixon scandal and Carter.

He was a bad president for conservatives, nationalists, and libertarians, but not as bad as most of our presidents of the 20th and 21st century.

>The Deep State needed a malleable actor to be President
Just how in 2016 they needed another malleable actor to pretend to be a right wing populist FiGhTiNg ImMiGrAtIoN when all he really does is spread the white working class' butt cheeks for the 1% and keep giving my tax monies to Israel. Oh well. Boomers, Gen X, millennials, zoomers - people are stupid and will fall for the bullshit every single time.

>Said all the right things that the boomers wanted to hear while simultaneously utterly destroying the nation
So exactly Trump 1.0

He's more of a Zionist then Zion don. I call him Zion Ron.

Gen X here. He was bad fucking news, amigo. He rigged the election against Carter by selling arms to terrorist regimes and training their leaders, who would go on to blowback on us like you saw in the 90s to today. Reaganomics blew up our society and set the stage for foreign domination of our markets, further his endless deregulation prepared us for cyclical collapse.. The motherfucker spent the last two years of his presidency non compus mentis. Fuck him and his cultlike followers in the ass.

No kikel

it sucks when you realize that presidents cant act unilaterally, and that no matter how much they share the sentiments of the electorate that got them into office, sometimes you just cant get past the reality that there are also 2 houses of congress and a supreme court to deal with...not to mention every state government.
Trump, like Reagan to a lesser extent, is being stonewalled by nearly everyone around him.

>beat commies
>but at what cost
I'm going to assume he did amnesty to help defeat the reds but I can't say it was worth it.

he btfo the us welfare state which is why amerimutt earn 2x our salary

He won the cold war you dipshit

we literally thought the US and Russia were going to nuke each other
Reagan was charismatic, even with the rumors of senility
I feel Reagan was sort of a precursor to Bush Jr., decent guy but a puppet
growing up in the 80s you felt the Government was doing nothing for the individual

Had this saved way back.

Read this lewrockwell.com/2018/02/laurence-m-vance/the-reagan-record/
tldr: nothing

He was a pretty solid president, economic policy promoted growth but did benefit the rich more than the rest of the society. Foreign policy was very effective at hampering the Soviets and helped lead to their decline on the other hand Iran Contra was a real scandal.

I'd say he was above average, better than any of the Presidents that have come since.

He was ok till bushie sr. put a bullet in him. Than he just done what he was told.

All this and more

Retards, Congress was the ones that voted in amnesty in exchange for securing the borders. They went back on their deal and just gave the amnesty.

>Just how in 2016 they needed another malleable actor to pretend to be a right wing populist
Actually, no. HRC was supposed to win in 2016. Wikileaks went off the reservation. Assange's ego grew the size of Jupiter and once he came across Podesta's emails - fuck, he tried to screw over the CIA. On October 27th, when (I think) when Comey reopened Hillary's case, it was purely because too many people were catching on to Pizzagate and elite pedo rings from Hillary's emails. It was a late call, but the deep state decided to dump Hillary in early November.

That is why everyone - all the news agencies (and Trump himself) - were surprised when DJT won. The election had been flipped by the deep state on election day. No one knew - not even HRC - which is why they sent John "Colossal fuck up" Podesta to speak on behalf of Hillary.

No he didn't

>Boomers consume propaganda as means of fighting in the (((cold war))).
>Never trust da kommeez
>China tells them it's just the flu
>STOP PREPPING FUCKING CONSPIRACY THEREEZ!

>He was bad fucking news, amigo.
>amigo
Go back to Mehiko.

>Trump, like Reagan to a lesser extent, is being stonewalled by nearly everyone around him.
Yes, of course. How convenient.

Nixon was the last good Republican president.

Liar that took our fucking machine guns

>Jews spend 40 years bankrupting Soviet Union through the petrodollar system
>Low IQ retard on Yas Forums credits Reagan with victory
Why wouldn't the Jews hate us?

>Muh cold war!

I'd rather have a strong and stable USSR than the current situation with a rising China. What exactly did America "win" from the Cold War aside from long-term poz and degeneracy under the guise of 'freedom'?

gun grabbing neocon faggot.

As for the second class, the Thatchers and Nixons and Reagans, in terms of their own personal outcomes they were smarter. They attacked the Cathedral not across the board, but on single issues on which their support was overwhelming. Sometimes they actually prevailed, for a while, on these points—Reagan got his military buildup, Thatcher got deregulation, Nixon defeated North Vietnam.

Of course, the Nixon administration also created EPA, initiated the racial spoils system, and imposed wage and price controls. Thatcher got Britain inextricably into the EU. And so on. These semi-outsider politicians provide a valuable service to the Cathedral: while opposing a few of its policies, they validate all the others as a bipartisan consensus, which everyone decent is obligated to support. They thus do the heavy lifting of persuading their supporters, who probably wouldn’t read the Times even if they did trust it, to change with the changing times. And the times are always changing. And we just can’t not change with them, can we?

>strong and stable USSR
lol

Reagan chose to put his signature on the Simpson-Mazzoli Act. He fucked up. That's not debatable.

The faggots legit think he’s responsible for AIDS

Please use commonly accepted derogatory terminology like zog or the globohomo. Making up your own buzzwords cheapens your otherwise decent argument.

He was more likable than everyone that came after, no surprise given his acting profession. I could give a fuck less splitting hairs over his policy specifics, the fucker represented the 80s an awesome era so he's good in my book. He backed down the Godless commie menace and won the cold war. Larger than life, like Trump.

He was a big player in Presbyterian church and like all Calvinists they are Satanists in disguise. Look up on Calvinists links and circles it will surprise you they all follow a certain pattern. They don't give a shit about good and evil and have misplaced sense of entitlement because they believe they are the elected ones.
