My ideal country is Sweden and I say this as Conservative. They are actually more socially Conservative than you think because they oppose excessive alcoohl consumption, oppose marijuana, oppose tobacco, and STRONGLY oppose prostitution. They have criminalized the purchase of sex more heavily than any other country, lobbied for it's ban globally and at the E.U. Sweden has led the global effort to combat prostitution in wake of Covid-19. Sweden also has a welfare and tax system designed for maximum equality and economic growth eliminating the need for prostitution in the first place.

Conservatives don't hate prostitution. If anything I'd argue for it. If you want some sort of old school cred to it, just look the defense of prostitution by Augustine and Aquinas. You are just asking for comical levels of control. Prostitution is arguably a more genuine offer of sex than any form of casual dating.
