What does that mean? Well a radio wave for example will pass right through a human body. While a UV ray will get blocked by your skin. Now, high frequency radiation that only interacts with the outermost layer of your skin can still be dangerous and lead to sin cancer. However, lower frequencies might be even more dangerous, because they actually penetrate all the way through your body. In a sense, their energy is distributed throughout your volume, instead of just your skin.
Microwaves use a frequency of 2.4 GHz. This radiation is designed to penetrate deep into the volume of whatever you're heating, and excite the water molecules, transferring heat to the object.
5G uses a frequency band between between 24GHz to 90 GHz. Which is surprisingly close to that being used by a microwave. Although technically the International Telecommunications Union allows radio frequencies between 30 Hz and 300 GHz, which actually includes microwave and even a bit of infrared frequencies. (A scientist cuts off the "radio" spectrum a lot earlier, so for example the Microwave spectrum is supposed to start at 300 MHz)
It appears as if this 5G frequency is mostly being used for Satellite television, radio astronomy, and generally for communicating with satellites. Interestingly, directed energy weapons ("heat rays") use a frequency of 95 GHz, which is just above the range for 5G.
So the frequencies used by 5G fall right in between Microwaves (designed to penetrate and heat objects), and directed energy weapons (designed to heat humans and cause them to flee in riot situations). This tells me that the frequencies used by 5G probably DO interact pretty strongly with the inside of your body. In other words, your body is "feeling" it. It doesn't pass through harmlessly like a radio wave, and it doesn't stop at the skin like a UV wave. It's actually impacting the inside of your body
