When I learned about tonsil stones everything became clear. Most people with bad breath have no idea that's where it comes from. Yes Everyone should check if they have this. If you smoke you probably have this, if you ever got a really bad throat flu you probably have this.

I get one of those puppy medicine/infant medicine syringes with not need on it of course, and rinse them out with a mild hydrogen peroxide/water solution.

Daily water rinse. I use a hockey bottle with a water pik nozzle jammed into the tip. I flush out the tonsil crypts once a day before I brush my teeth. No need to pick any stones out. If you have stones that means you've not been flushing out the food from your crypts and the bacteria have digested the food and formed the stones, just like plaque forms between your teeth if you don't floss. i didnt really realize them until about a year ago, when one was opened up really big.

I clean mine out with the back of a toothbrush about every 2 weeks or so. it really doesnt take long, just clean the toothbrush, gently rub along the side of your tonsils and most will pop out if theyre ready.

if you have them really, really bad and need to do it daily or have pain or BAD smell...seek help. seriously. i know dentists are really jewish but this stuff is disgusting.
