Sounds like sweet music. The idea behind bell's palsy is that imflammation occurs around a group of nerves in your face. Swelling is (one major way of) how the body fights infection, so the sinuses wind up pushing the nerve cluster against the bone and damages it. No more left face for a couple months. So all in all, might just be congestion and sinus pain.
