The concern I would have if I was a under the table fag who was trying to get the CERB benefit is that you are essentially disclosing to the government you made tax free money above $5000.00 in the previous tax year, now obviously you haven't done 2019 taxes yet so you can theoretically do your taxes and claim the income and whatever but knowing governments in general I would expect them to assume you also made tax free income in 2018, 2017 and so on. There will likely be a lot of people having to justify what they actually made as a result of this.
