The Fed is controlled by the Treasury. What does a company do when they suddenly become flush with cash? They buy up all their outstanding stocks. The Treasury is having the Federal Reserve buy up all its outstanding debt. The Treasury basically preformed a hostile takeover of the Federal Reserve and seized every asset it controls.

We didn’t just take over the Fed, we took over a gigantic chunk of the banking system. Most inflation in the US comes from interest that secondary banks charge on re-lending Fed helicopter money. Most of the money supply (credit outstanding) is supported by banks other than the Fed. Zero interest loans direct to corporations will cut those banks out of the market. They can’t compete.
