Legalization is a double edged sword, it's a huge money mine here that of course the government is killing with its greed and ineptitude, so illegal pot has become more popular again for the first time since the early 90s when medical laws were passed. I also cannot find any RSO oil anymore, no one carries it, and all the prices of everything skyrocketed. It was honestly better when just the medical laws existed. Stopping people from dealing drugs would be untenable. But considering it already is, I'd rather see people deal relatively low strength per weight drugs, under controlled conditions, than smuggle drugs for profit, where a few grains too many would kill. Harm reduction, I believe the term is.
