This evening some young teenage kids took to the river on kayaks to “defy the quarantine”, one of the drunk/high teenage jackasses paddles up to one of my neighbors yards and smacked his barking dogs with his paddle. My neighbor promptly drove over to the kids house and threw his Dad down his front stairs and stomped him to death.
