Philadelphian here who works for a childcare facility. You wouldn’t believe how much of the state’s money goes to funding frivolous programs for “at risk” kids who don’t need a single dime, walking around in their brand new jordan’s and talking on iphone 11s with airpods in. The company I work for also haphazardly follows the protocols of every single state funded program they leech money from and embellishes numbers of kids who receive stuff for more reimbursement dollars. We get audited once every few years and it’s usually a lady with a clipboard who doesn’t actually check anything. I can only imagine this is the tip of the iceberg that’s bleeding the state dry. Why haven’t you purgedd us from the rest of PA yet?
