I used to think Democrats were misguided people who wanted to do good and just didn't realize they were doing more bad as a result. This whole situation has really changed how I see things. Yea, regarding messing the results of research. There is plenty of data available now to support moving forward more heavily with Chloroquine cross-spectrum including early-onset and prophylactic. I suspect they are waiting for "bad data" to cherry-pick and try to quash chloroquine based therapies ostensibly while awaiting designer drugs that they can profit from.

If you look at this Oxford study for instance, they plan to DEPROTECT 20,000 healthcare workers (placebo'd) and undermedicate the other 20,000 healthcare workers. The proper dosage for prophylactic treatment is 1200mg base load with at least 300mg base maintenance. They are doing a 10mg/kg so someone who weighs 150lb's would get less than 1000mg base load.

Some tactics with sabotaged trials I've seen are under-medication, Vitamin-C called a placebo and using relatively healthy people who will recover anyway so they can claim that there was "no benefit to taking chloroquine".
