Tests which cannot be done discreetly by a doctor travelling to him, and instead require him to stay in a hospital overnight? That are so urgent that starting them immediately on a sunday evening is justified?
I'm not a medical professional, so maybe the above scenario is realistic. But my intuition is that it's more serious.
