Since the 50 cent army and the r/sino rebbitors can't control the narrative on Yas Forums, they aim to turn the discourse into a deafening cacophony of catchphrases and other nonsense. There was a thread at some point about planning to spam it so much that it got banned. I can't find it now because I can't remember any key identifying words from OPs post, so it's hard to search for, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I saw it briefly in the catalog a few weeks ago. After that, they would post the spam in most threads, if you've noticed it's not all to pictures of women, but actually any person.
