Even When the pandemic passes it would no longer be constitutional to enforce such an order.

As you can see here, if you look at the cited precedents, right to assembly can be revoked under at least 2 circumstances:
1. When there is a threat to public safety, and
2. When the federal, local or state government decides there needs to be a permit to assemble, usually due to public safety concerns.
Since assembly of more than a few people, at this point, is a gross threat to public safety, the government has the power to deem it necessary, on a federal, state or local level, to make it illegal to do so until the threat has been abated.
Then there's the third point, that's not covered by law but by common sense and decency. Why would you want to be such a selfish cunt that you would endanger possibly thousands of lives to be able to throw a fucking party or go to hobby lobby because you can't do without your crafting materials? What gives you that right? All over social media you can see reports of people who laughed at this whole thing and now members of their family are dead as a result, where they survived but their family members didn't.
