I've been exercising for the first time in months. Did like 7 hours on my exercise bike over the past three days.

I run outside for 8-10 miles every other day and do kettlebell crap on the non-running days, although lately I've been doing a lot of consecutive running to catch all of the good weather my area is getting.

I actually got a bit fatter and my abs became less visible, but i train with resistance elastic bands, not like dumbbelss or barbell but still I get to train my muscles, especially the legs.
