Oh yes because China would lie about something like the disease outbreak but not the military program. In reality all it takes is a 10-20 nukes to completely cripple a country. 100 to destroy it enough that it can never recover. Besides China probably has a few thousand nukes and can easily ramp up production if need be.

China will convince other countries to wage trade war against the US like the US does against Iran and Best Korea.

A naval blockade would starve China pretty quick. The people there dont give a fuck about the ruling party that treats them like dirt, and they're used to being conquered and subjugated anyway. Unlike the middle east, there will be very little native civilian resistance to an invading American force.
