Wrong. There is a very high chance of relations deteriorating between countries. Think about it:
Trump proposed militarization of the border with Canada. Do you think a headline like that would've been remotely believable a few months back?
US-Europe relations will also likely deteriorate if the news about US stealing masks is true, and with Trump in charge (who dislikes Europe for some reason), there's a good chance the relations breakdown depending on how things go.
India and Africa will likely see intense inner turmoil, and depending on whether another outbreak occurs in China, the CCP's power might also be threatened.
Of course, this is all just hypothetical nonsense, but important to consider regardless.
