Women have been trained from their early childhood that they can "be anything they want to be" and so they try. In primary school (K-8th grades) they are have the advantage over boys due to how the modern school system is structured, earning better marks and less disciplinary actions. Boys are not allowed to be boys, but are treated as defective girls. Girls win here. in high school (9-12th grades) girls once again are on top, with raging hormones, boys bend over backwards for girls, strengthening their princess mentality, and getting them use to the 80/20 paradigm. Girls are told that men are rapists and only want them for sex, backed by our defective sex-ed programs and the media.
In college, women absolutely dominate. More women enroll in college and more women graduate than men. College/university is heavily structured in favor of women, once again. Most campuses lean heavily left, even in conservative areas. Women are indoctrinated into feminist ideaology, and men are left out in the cold, being told they are violent rapists. The 80/20 paradigm continues to widen the rift between men and women, and the bottom 80% of men begin to become frustrated, sad, resentful, and/or give up on women entirely. This is prime time for women, in their early 20s. Average and even below average women are able to bed 9/10 and 10/10 men fairly regularly, thanks to hookup culture and modern dating apps.
Women continue to put their education and career ahead of all else. Even if they are in a stable relationship or get married, they will often delay or skip having children entirely. This is part selfish desire to chase their dreams, and part necessity due to the terrible economy we have worked ourselves into, where both spouses must work full time to make ends meet.

Bearing a child does a number on your body - for sure. But it is what your body was built for.
