This is not a hospital, this is a nursing home.
Not "load balancing" each facility within a chain orders individually, otherwise accounting nightmare. Nursing homes do not share with sister facilities.
This is not an attempt at loss prevention. Items with high resale/theft are stored in Director of Nurses office, or locked in Administrator's office. Fact.
The boxes, if you work in this field, are easily identified as boxes of isolation gowns. They're usually yellow in color.
Trust me, the nursing staff is flipping out because they know what goes on day to day in these facilities.
Administration and Corporate interests do not extend to employees or Residents. Period.
Admin was caught by Staff, will probably use theft prevention as excuse to Corporate.
He will not be fired because there are so many incompetent Admins, and horrible shortage in replacement pool.
