There are some here who are LARPing, but this did happen. Many of us remember, many of us want to find out what exactly happened to us and why. Try to think about it a bit and see what you blocked off, but don't go down the rabbit hole of believing everything here happened to you too. We have similarities, but a lot of us experienced different tests and issues.

Anyone else not understand friendship until meeting someone on "your level" intellectually and otherwise?

I was an extremely bright kid but puberty made me the anxious type of narcissistic. I put on different faces for different situations and mastered telling people what they want to hear.

Also pursuit of 'perfection' in life yadda yadda

I remember those user. My mother was a gifted teacher. I was told my forehead scar was from falling into the fireplace. Thing is I have the finger scar as well. All these apply to me, and while I cannot remember how I got either of those scars, I remember things that occurred when I was 2.
My mother had a lot of other weird stuff. She has a picture with Wernher von Braun. I will try to find it next time I am at her house. This is incredibly spooky.
