From what I understand skimming the previously made threads, this seems like a common conception of it all. It's what I personally guess is occurring, and could give credence to other ideas of what's happening with the missing children.

I haven't seen any other states come up with a link from NBC of missing kids. for whatever reason NBC is focusing on new york specifically. the national center for missing and exploited children has a complete list that hasn't been fucked with
