You need to be a little sharper. Cruise ships get far from their ideal destinations for resupply or lack of passengers wanting to go to the arctic, all the time. That is not suspicious activity for a cruise ship. If however, you see such a ship exchanging goods with a ton of small boats or submarines and nobody knows what they are exchanging, that's fucking suspicious.
