That is the topic you numpty. Landlords took on an investment (real estate + tenants) and now that the chickens have come home to roost many are finding out just how thin the line between bankruptcy and solvency are.
Even if you kick the tenants out, who the fuck is going to move in? Everybody is under quarantine so you're not going to get people from out of the immediate vicinity dropping in. And you'll still be on the hook for the mortgage, except now you won't even have the possibility of the tenant paying you back after the quarantine is over. Remaining tenants will be much more likely to move out if they had a bad experience with you demanding they pay money that they can't afford because they're operating on a razor thin margin of life.
