it's what I imagine remote viewing to be like when you hear it described but it just happens when you close your eyes to go to sleep. have never been able to sleep in darkness/silence since I was a kid. Always radio, music, TV, etc. to focus on instead to avoid the intrusive thoughts and lights/visions.
If I strapped on some ping pong balls and hit a white noise room or a sense-dep tank I'd probably lose my mind.

yeah like if you don't focus on it, it's just moving blobs of white with some fractal/sparkle overlay but when you start trying to look at it or "see past it" then it slowly forms into pictures, scenes, memories, faces, twisted demon looking things, random buildings and places I don't know or recognize.
