100%. does it go away? I am seriously freaking out right now.

Pretty sure I had it. Was bad for a day and I felt the confusion (mixed in with severe night sweating and feeling dead tired). What I did was force myself to calm down and carefully think through it, what pills I needed to take. I just drank tons of water, had tons of vitamin C, and took otc antihistamine to deal with symptoms and help me sleep. Helped that I’d been through bad trips before and instinct kicked in to remain calm.
