They arrested & seized the electronics of citizen journalists like Chen Qiushi merely for posting video evidence of the situation in Wuhan; several of these journalists are still under detention. They lied about there being no human to human transmission, knowing full well that was nonsense. They continued forward with the largest holiday gathering of ~5 million people for the new year, with full knowledge of the virus.
