If it's the "most effective", it means we're not even close to a cure. Considering a lot of people recover on their own eventually, the actual effectiveness of hydroxymeme is very debatable. We're at best talking about something that might help some patients. So something a little bit more effective than placebo, maybe. And it's not like this stuff is harmless.

It was obviously prematurely labeled as a recovery and was just a small break in the severity of the symptoms, due to what ever reason, a few days of good sleep may give someones body enough to do a better job fighting it so the symptoms didn't appear as severe
