Take a vaction in the US, in a black city. Most will leave you alone but you can see the mental illness and the low IQ seething underneath.

I used to be an exchange student to the US. Completely blue piled at the time. I had very little racial prejudices against black people, because we didn't really have any in our town. It was an eye opener. Some are pretty nice. But most of them are exceedlingly dumb. But high school teachers in America, even white ones, aren't very bright, either. This was in Mississippi, small town: my chemistry teacher didn't know how to solve an equation with two variables, like 2x + 10y = 5, or that it would have infinitely many solutions.

There are dumb white and black people, but the dumb black people in particular seem to have some cultural thing going that sort of glorifies being stupid and criminal. If you are too dumb, at least the church gave you a basic set of guidelines, which if you followed, keep you out of most trouble. Nowadays, not so much. Blaming bad culture and low IQ, taking any responsibility is a thing of the past.

Dumb people have always been dumb. But now we make all kinds of excuses for them. Mentally ill people have always been mentally ill, but now we tell them they are stunning and brave.
