The FBI raided a man they thought was hoarding 80k N95 masks. They arrested him for "price gouging" the masks (although the feds themselves are gonna probably sell them for a higher price then what the guy was selling them for) and arrested him for "assault" for not covering his mouth when he coughed.
Confiscating someone's property and arresting him for the "betterment of society" and to redistribute them to more people is literally communism. If you're thinking "no one needs that many masks" you probably also think "you don't need that much ammo" or "no one needs a billion dollars" while also stocking up on all the toilet paper in a five mile radius. What you're pretty much saying if you think that no one needs that many masks is "no one needs that much safety" while also supporting giving up your freedoms for safety during this time.
That is literally what I pay taxes to the government for, to protect me from shitty people like those who'd hoard 80,000 masks during a fucking pandemic. They're actually do something right for once.
Baruch, no! you're supposed to help your fellow americans.
James Perry
>fed niggers are gonna nig we know
Camden Gomez
Do you even know where you're at? This is not an ancap board my friend.
Juan Reyes
Yeah no thats not how a society works
Brayden Reyes
Price gouging is very illegal
Logan Nguyen
Look at who is responsible Jews are the bane of civilized society
Thomas Hall
>$14 a mask Thats not even that unreasonable.
Logan Taylor
I am neutral on the Fed ceasing the masks because the government is simply acting out of self-preservation. I think the kike hoarding the masks is an immoral asshole and I'm just glad a Jew got fucked over for once. At the same time I think the American people should hold the government accountable for the gross violations of liberty its committed once all this is done. But that will never happen because Americans are degenerate and lazy.
First name spelled differently, but probably doesn't look much different
Thomas Moore
for retail stores. why should the govt care who does what in a private sale?
Elijah Collins
Shut the fuck up plebbit leaf
Sebastian Wilson
You can buy whatever you want, he got in trouble for selling at unreasonable prices. Also he tried to cough on the police, he didn't just cough with his mouth uncovered.
Josiah Roberts
Because kikes will pull shit like this in times of crisis.
Anyone who puts profit over people needs to hang, jail isn't enough
Jeremiah Anderson
Haha absolutely love these stories. Fuck hoarders/preppers.
I jokingly made a post on Yas Forums, Feb 3-4 about selling N95s for $500. The following week I said they were $1000. I think I helped start the gouging trend.
I was joking, obviously. NPC shitstains get arrested and their goods confiscated
he paid tax when he bought it already though. fuck you and your double dipping
Jacob Thompson
Coof coof
Nicholas Evans
What he did was literally the most capitalist thing you can do. Buy goods, sell them for a higher price to make a profit. I think the feds cared so much because they weren't getting tax money from how well he has been selling because they were private transactions
Jose Lee
>I think I helped start the gouging trend trust me, you didn't
Jordan Davis
You're right they should have had a plan That doesn't excuse someone buying essential items and charging way more for them He took advantage of a crisis to make money, he deserves to die. He contributed the lack of supply by purchasing 80,000 masks with the intent to resell
He manipulated the supply to have control over the demand
This is why you guys get exiled, people won't forget this shit.
Zachary Powell
>defending literal kikes profiteering off a plague
The fuck outta here
Henry Hall
>Baruch Feldheim I'm surprised the neo nazis on here aren't shilling this harder. The guy was an orthodox jew.
Zachary Baker
Bitch shut up. I'm not advocating for double dipping. I'm saying that's why they cared. They cared cause they cant get a double dip. And probably also cared cause he was selling so well which means even more money out of their pockets. It's just a scheme to take as much money as humanly possible
Brandon Harris
Eh, I would rather pay taxes so that the government arrests jews instead of preparing for every possible happening.
Xavier Richardson
They were 5.5% marked and that was a backorder from December, Zion Don signed a non constitutional order on March 27 so his Feds robbed poor Boruch you cunt.
Eli Wilson
Literally defending a jew, who got caught red handed trying to jew his countrymen in a crisis? Ya fuck him.
You fucking kike shill. I'm gonna make one of those tiny Jew hats out of your mom's areolas.
Ethan Rodriguez
>man foresees opportunity >takes advantage >deserve to die
>govt foresees potential crisses >does nothing >spends your tax money on bullshit instead >doesnt deserve to die
??????
Jaxson Turner
Nothing he did was illegal. The case will get thrown out in court
Benjamin King
Was watching the video of feds moving boxes to the truck. Lots of hasidic Jews all over the place watching. Yas Forums you ruined me.
Doubtful, there's no chance it was a legal purchase, no company in the world would bulk sell products to a private retailer during a pandemic
More than likely it's a stolen/lost shipment.
Elijah Edwards
thats a different story though
Jace Perry
"What he did was literally the most capitalist thing you can do"
How old are you? That's not a virtue. Being a kike is not something to be lauded.
Cameron Davis
>literally communism Your arguments are about as hollow as a communists.
This is why the Constitution died: retards never bothered to read or understand it, so they make these ridiculous arguments "defending" it with a non-defense
Isaiah Nguyen
>It's just a scheme to take as much money as humanly possible Sounds like this refers to the guy selling masks at exorbitant prices and profiteering from a crisis. These are the situations in which government should step in. It has nothing to do with a free market
Jaxson Peterson
>society Nice spook.
>price gouging Nice meme.
I still remember when Yas Forums was a libertarian board.
The amount he sold made him a defacto business and not a private seller. Had he sold 1 or 2 he'd be fine but he put up 80k masks for a gouged price. America does have anti-gouging laws specifically because of asshats like this that buy up supply and then sell them to people in need. He was retarded and now he pays the price, especially during a national emergency where laws and freedoms arr already loosely enforced and the fed gains a significant increase in power level.
Mason Barnes
A Jew victim of Communism, how the tables have turned...
Jayden Long
Yep, these guys started hoarding masks based on the advice of some anonymous Canuck creep on a Mongolian child molestation forum.
Lincoln Richardson
It was never, ever a libertarian board. Reactionary and contrarian tendencies yes. Was a lot younger as well which explained the dumb fuck ideology that hated nationalism and supported kikery. Libertarians are beneath contempt, maybe even beneath the leftist traitor.
Chase Green
america the free
Hudson Gomez
Price gouging is illegal and more than likely the purchase of bulk masks wasn't either
No company would sell in bulk to a private retailer at this time, and if they did they would have been named Not once in the article does it state where he got them in the first place.
He better hope it doesn't get thrown out, people won't forget and if he walks free he probably won't be walking for long >Forsees opportunity A global pandemic is the "opportunity".
If you take advantage of people potentially catching a serious virus you deserve to die, yes. It's pretty clear
I already said the government handled the pandemic poorly, doesn't change what he did in any way >Spends your tax money on bullshit instead I'm perfectly fine with my tax money going towards punishing parasites like this
The government isn't one person dumb ass, some deserve to die and some don't
This individual deserves the worst possible death
Jaxson Watson
Can anybody cite the US Code which makes "hoarding" a crime? How does (((FBI))) have jurisdiction over a man in New York?
This whole thing seems a bit staged, I'd be shocked if this ever sees a day in court.
hes not incorporated. If i sold my corvette for 250k am i business? how does that work
John Roberts
This guy is peak jewish He inserted himself into a supply chain where he didnt belong and attempted to artificially drive up the process for his personal gain. Get fucked kikes.
Luis Bell
No it isn't. It's more than likely exactly what happened
Not once does it say where he got them from. The only thing about is purchase says "assuming it was legal" Why would we assume that? No where does it say where or how he got them
Luke Sanchez
You're fucking stupid aren't you? He said the ammount he sold refering to the number of masks
The price you sell one object for is completely unrelated to what he's saying
Mason Bell
right, why would glowniggers incriminate themselves buy saying he bought them and they simply stole it? had the masks been stolen i can tell you 1000000000000% it would be the first thing you would see.
Adrian Lee
Holy FUCK!!!!! SOOOOO many kikes here!!! Fuck off and die shlomo.
Matthew Lopez
Even if the purchase is regular, price gouging is illegal no matter what. If I buy up all the insulin shots in my area and resell them at 10% markup, I'm sure to get a visit from the authorities
Noah Gonzalez
There were plenty of masks until early February, that’s when the Chinese looted them all.
Ian Butler
Hoarding 80k masks is absurd. But this is also a scene straight out of the vidya The Division, trust the illuminati guy, dont loot guy, you are not authorized to live guy.
Adam White
Nope just him, and when they arrested him he claimed to have it and intentionally coughed on them.
Nolan Sanders
There's a good reason nothing is mentioned in the article about where the got them, the article is very clearly in favour of the Jew. They didn't "steal" anything, they rightfully seized it from a parasite
Owen Sanchez
why are all the replies from a bunch of commies this guy did nothing wrong tf is wrong with y’all
Luis Gutierrez
He broke several laws. So no, you can’t just do “whatever you want” if it’s illegal.
>FBI raids (((man))) OP misses the obvious money shot. JIDF Shill detected.
Isaac Walker
$12 / piece is regular price for good brand face masks here in Sweden. The chinks that sell 3m N95 masks for $5 a piece on Ebay would coom if they knew how much they could sell them for if they could get them to Sweden.
Sebastian Campbell
This guy was a kike who was charging absurd prices for N95 Masks for Healthcare Workers. When the FBI questioned him, he lied and then coughed all over them. Hence why he was charged with lying to the FBI and Assault on a Federal Agent. Usually the FBI pulls some shady shit but seriously if you're crying over some kike trying to profiteer off of healthcare workers not having enough supplies then you should unironically kill yourself. FBI was in the right here. I honestly think you're a kike yourself pissed off that you can't charge $100s for masks.
Federal Price Gouging Prevention Act of 2013 2/3 of the states have laws against price gouging. >unconstitutional No. He will enter the courtroom, hunched over a walker, and will be convicted for being a miserable human insect.
Liam Cox
When Walmart adds markup and charges more than what they themselves paid for it, it’s just logical business. But when a man does it “oh, you got a loicense for that (((price gouging)))”? “Oh, but that’s different because there is a shortage and people really need the masks”. Oh, so like housing and rent?
Joseph Turner
No, price gouging in a national emergency is illegal
Robert Nguyen
>> sounds like communism.
Yeah no shit boomer it's New York.
Kayden Gray

Leo Jones
700% is within normal retail range for a ton of shit, screws at the hardware store are marked up over 1200% for example.
Sebastian Turner
All you retards who think the government is right by stealing this guys masks: you need to check your economics knowledge. Also if you want to claim price gouging ask yourself if you think price limits worked in Venezuela. That’s right, supply becomes nonexistent. You are all stupid idiots who can’t even look back to recent history to find what happens when you artificially cap prices. Get a clue. Quit falling for the communist propaganda.
He was a literal kike who was charging well over double to healthcare workers because he knew they didn't have much of a choice. As for Walmart and them, they're within the 20% increase limit on price. It's just this faggot was the typical kike profiteer. Don't defend him.
