Are truckers still making deliveries? Once they start dropping dead or staying home, cities will starve. Shitlibs die without constant food deliveries. 80% don't even have a week's worth of food stored in their homes.
Truckers of Yas Forums, I love you guys, but you should probably stay home. Especially if you're a worthless fat-ass.
If there is still food on the shelves then yes. Truckers be trucking
Julian Ward
>prepcel asking truckers to help make his apocalypse wish true Quit being a faggot. I can literally place a phonecall right now and have caviar delivered to my door from the local Whole Foods. Anything from Big Macs to sushi at the push of a button.
Ayden Nguyen
Yeah they are still on the road. And totally unironically: I call that ballsy.
Kevin Peterson
Make more of those phone calls.
Landon Howard
boy, sal vulcano looks like shit
Nolan Fisher
>Truckers of Yas Forums, I love you guys, Keep it in your pants faggot >but you should probably stay home. I am, I hope you all starve. >Especially if you're a worthless fat-ass. I stocked up with enough to maintain being a worthless fat ass, while you dumb niggers starve. For the life of me, I don't know why other truckers fall for the "you're a hero" meme. Society hates you, until they need you. I'm a trucker, and I'm staying home. Eat shit and die, the lot of ya.
It's easier than you think. Most prostitutes are ready to die by the time I cum anyway.
Luis Phillips
Corona is sweet , No more traffic, I let the warehouse workers (mostly shitskins) load and unload truck while I stay comfy in my cabin sippin my energy beverage of choice I'm home much earlier than on normal days,
They're doing overtime and sometimes home deliveries after that. Caring people.
Nathaniel Sanders
Truckers are doing Better than ever.
- Diesel prices are way down - 50% less traffic on road in certain parts of country - Federal Government eased up numerous Motor Carrier rules and restrictions during this period
oh look, people are suddenly realizing that food doesn't magically appear in the grocery store. now they are realizing that a truck takes it there.it's a good start. baby steps. keep going. soon you will realize that it doesn't just magically appear in the truck. thousands of people worked to get it to the point it was in the truck.
I grew up in a "rural" town and we didnt produce shit. We were completely dependent on grocery stores. All the farms were sold off to private businesses who built tire shops and fast food over the land. This was in PA. Cities arent the only helpless population centers. Most of America is fucked and dependent on chinese manufacturing for tools, goods, and even food.
Joseph Mitchell
They deliver, they just leave stuff on the doorstep now
you really are a retarded one arent you ? Truckers are not doing better - brokers are - go get checked, you prolly missing several chromosomes
Kayden Rogers
Scania is only slightly above Iveco. Volvo 4lyf nigga
Robert Hughes
>Are truckers still making deliveries?
Trucker here. I deliver mail to various post offices for a private contractor. Our job is considered "essential services" so we received waivers and are immune from the lockdown order that everyone else has to endure. Quite frankly, I don't even think this "virus" is a big deal. It's just another strain of flu that is being blown out of proportion by people who want to pump the brakes on the global economy and create a faux crisis for obvious political reasons.
>For the life of me, I don't know why other truckers fall for the "you're a hero" meme. You and me both.
It's not so much about the lack of traffic. Hell, I hear that truckers are getting 500$ bonuses for being "an heroes" It's that truckers tend to be overweight and over stressed. Perfect receptacles for coronavirus. So in delivering food to the mouths of shitlib and nigger nests, they are putting their lives at risk. Eventually, a significant number will get sick and some will even die. What happens then?
Isaac Morgan
I am a HGV Mechanic by trade. Drove a few, fixed many. Scania have no idea how to manufacture a decent truck. Who decided to hide the airfilter behind the lower light panel on 164's?
Luke Nguyen
How is the "community" doing in general? Is anyone you know of sick/ staying at home? I hear that you guys are taking precautions like staying in the cabs while others unload. But I also hear that diners are shutting down and making life difficult.
Joseph Russell
>the enlightened fat belly road train captain
Ethan Allen
Nothing
Robert Sanchez
Volvo is garbage. You Euro-fags clearly know nothing about what makes a good truck. (Probably for the same reason you sit around whacking off while letting your mothers, sisters, and daughters get raped by invaders.) It's Peterbilt and Kenworth, or GTFO.
Other truckers bring the food. People buy local. Hunters go hunting. Fisherman go fighing. Etc etc. Humans are super adaptable. Sometimes theres just a little panic by the weak during the transition.
Evan Price
Brand-Cuck. Volvo VNL's and Mack's all the way.
Aaron Fisher
i work for a large logistics company. we're still making roughly the same amount of shipments per day
Noah Russell
I know of absolutely no one who has gotten sick from this alleged "virus". And no one that I know, knows anyone either.
The only precautions I'm aware of is we've been advised to wipe down the interior of the cab after each shift with cleaning supplies they provided us. That's about it.
What is that, like 3 inches of ground clearance at the front bumper? Our interstates are too bumpy for that.
Zachary Howard
Still rolling. Kinda wondering if it's worth working or if should just hole up. I'm getting zero extra pay for being exposed to bioweapons all while having my job more difficult and thus pay less. I was getting ready to change to a local gig so I could have a life again too. People don't really care about me as trucker only want me to keep bringing them stuff so they don't die. I'm expendable.
I am part owner of a tank trucking company in central US. Business is mostly hauling for ag chemicals, chem plants and refineries. Business is slightly up over expectations for this time of year.
I do worry about our truckers though, they meet every stereotype you imagine.
Grayson Ortiz
No doubt... those guys are the glue
Jaxson Reyes
Truckers are making fucking bank right now
>itt trucking family
Hunter Rivera
>People buy local. Hunters go hunting. Fisherman go fighing None of these things are applicable to shitlibs and niggers. Shitlibs cannot hunt, cannot fish, and cannot buy local except during brief periods of farmers' markets.
You should demand more pay. You deserve hazard pay.
Liam Turner
I hated truckers on the highways but now I’m missing the traffic because it means things are okay.
Gabriel Murphy
My faggot roommate is a trucker for Home Depot. Delivers building supplies to homes and commercial projects. Still has his job.
Eli Flores
Gonna be going to truck driving school towards the end of April. Can't wait to start trucking.
Chase Ward
I'm kinda pissed I didn't start going to trucking school earlier. Oh well so it goes.
Austin Richardson
Judging by what you said, obviously you have no idea how the entire transport & logistics business works - a guy in a truck is at risk to get sick driving a load in a "Viraus Outbreak". You "hear" they are getting 500$ bonuses for driving - from who ? Brokers are getting the money- while they are moving the freight for the same rate - those 500$ or 1000$ are taken by the brokers who sit in the chair all day. Refrain your self from talking about "stuff" you obviously have no clue about - obviously you need someone to "acknowledge" your larp on "i huuurd they iz getttung payeyed muney" - you are the problem in this day and time with i heard but i heard - you heard hurr durr but did you manage to check it if thats the case ? no you did not
Jace Cruz
Why are you guys all pissed about trucking during this virus? You're basically self isolating but in a truck instead of a house AND you're getting payed for it.
Henry Gonzalez
TugChads dab on all driver virgins, you wankers can't even reverse on to loading bays correctly
>those 500$ or 1000$ are taken by the brokers who sit in the chair all day. I didn't know that. Damn that sucks. But what about what people like say? Anyway, calm down, you nigger. I'm just trying to discuss things with other adults and you're getting all upset over nothing.
Do you know of anyone who is sick?
Jayden Williams
They have a choice of catching the virus or starving in the streets, thats not ballsy, just a basic survival based cost benefit analysis
Grayson James
>do you know if anyone that is sick Not personally, no
Alexander Anderson
bunch of retards hauling cheap freight lmao
the trucking industry is being fucked on all sides.
Aiden Peterson
Im a yard dog for a small carrier. We only have about 60 trucks and just lost about 25% of our freight yesterday when one of our customers furloughed most of their workforce. The refrigerated side of the company is still rolling though.
Gavin Price
>0 aerodynamics, literally driving a giant wall >way harder to work on since engine is too compact >driver sitting literally on top of engine so it's loud as fuck and vibrates cabovers are fucking stupid
Benjamin Reed
Based.
Luke Barnes
The LTL driver across the street from me is still going to work.
Aaron Miller
I had the opportunity to drive one of these at FedEx Ground, but it didn't pay any better.
Not worth the responsibility.
Jaxon Roberts
Driving a truck seems stressful to me, but I guess you get used to it after a while. How do you manage switching lanes when people are always trying to fly past you? Isn't there some huge blind spot you have or is that a myth?
Jaxson Russell
Work for Metra in Chicago, I know for a fact that ticket agents who have direct contact with the public and conductors/engineers of both commuter and freight trains are getting infected. Morale is low, wouldn't be surprised if you see strikes etc if the infections keep rising at a higher rate in our workforce than the general pop.
Also Metra is lying about the #'s only listing the infected workers on one BNSF line - union pacific and BNSF are not quarantining those that had direct contact with infected workers.
Right now we are looking at about 6% of the commuter workforce infected...
