I see a few typos which will likely have it thrown out initially. But so long as the document is corrected and properly filed they have no choice but to put it in front of a judge. They have various legal maneuverings to delay a decision almost indefinitely though so i hope a team of real trial lawyers jumps on this bandwagon.
