It was used to build Top Secret alien bases as well as Top Secret DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases) and the facilities promulgated by Alternative 2 throughout the nation. President Johnson used this fund to build a movie theater and pave the road on his ranch. He had no idea of its true purpose.

I think I'll go with some version of the former. I.e. I post a link, each user dms me on discord, i tell them to say a word in the thread, then they get added to the server

Why would the government blow up their own property? Why wouldn't they just infiltrate the dumbs and kill anyone that fights back? If this is true then I'm sure some soldiers are just following orders and have no idea about whats really happening unless they're private contractors but that would be alot of money spent and pretty much mean America has it's own narco cartel paramilitaries.
