I never thought I would say this but I honestly miss living where I used to in CA. Out here in the middle of butthole west Texas, basically central Texas for AF tech school, and I have been fucking ITCHING to surf, or just swim in the ocean in general. Really took living 20 min from the beach for granted. We can't leave base and I have no source of raw milk or good beef I can eat raw. Can't get any tuna or even a measly scallop. In my case, being separated from where I grew up and the area I continued to live, makes me realize just how good I had it growing up. Sure it was expensive, but the surrounding areas and nature/ ocean provided such a variety of things to do and enjoy. Anons, if you live by the coast, be grateful for just how much it can offer you.
